Land North of Beccles Road (A146) in Carlton Colville has been submitted for consideration as a potential location for future sustainable development at an early stage of the Local Plan Update.

We are pleased to bring forward proposals for a thoughtfully planned residential development of up to 450 homes, including enhanced walking and cycling connections, and welcoming public green spaces, alongside the potential for an Early Years facility, the need for which we are currently exploring with East Suffolk Council and Suffolk County Council. The site would be accessed from Beccles Road.
